Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers lose the right of withdrawal from digital content purchases once access has begun, provided that:

• the consumer has given explicit consent to immediate performance of the contract, and

• the consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the buyer consents to immediate delivery and waives the statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access granted, refunds are not available after purchase is completed.

3. Technical Support

In case of technical issues with file access or delivery, support is available via email within 14 days of purchase.
